Premjeet Anand
Mr. Premjeet is an IFS officer of Jharkhand cadre with more than 32 years of experience. He has a specialized degree in Endangered Species Management from Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, University of Kent, U.K. He has diverse experience of working in ICFRE, Corporation, Wildlife, Territorial, World Food Program wings of the Forest department.
Sanjay K. Sinha
An IFS officer having 33 years of forestry experience and superannuated as CCF. He was also advisor to MoUF & GoJ and Member Secretary of Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board, State Environmental Appraisal Committee. He has a sharp legal acumen in environmental matters and has proven his mettle in High court, Supreme court and National Green Tribunal.
Dr. Salil Dhawan
Dr. Salil has a diverse work experience of 36 years and a unique blend of forestry education, training and field experience from the prime institutions of forestry . He is Ph.D. (Forestry), PG Diploma (Forestry) and Extension Forestry Training from Reading University, UK. He has worked as Registrar, FRI Deemed University, Dehradun. He is an expert in creation of low cost, hi-tech nurseries.
Sarika Srivastava
With an experience of around a decade, Sarika has intensive experience in IT and Operations. She is B.E. Information Technology and has IBM professional certification in Data Science and Machine Learning. Her Program Management skills and out of the box analytical thinking adds to the core strength of our think tank.
Ajay Kumar Mehrotra

A superannuated seasoned forest officer, with over 40 years of domain expertise. Completed his MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur post retirement. Embraces special expertise in Joint Forest Management, Reclamation of Forest land and Forest land records.
Sudha Mehrotra
Co-Founder & Director
Energetic lady with many academic laurels; Masters in Sociology, Bachelor of Education, Prabhakar in Music and Handicraft making. Dedicated to the cause of girl’s personal hygiene and making them self-dependent. Leads multiple sapling plantation drives across the state.
Akhileshwar Prasad Chaudhary
Superannuated as Special Secretary, Road Construction Department, Jharkhand, Mr. Akhileshwar is an IFS officer of 1988 batch. He has expertise in managing Territorial, Afforestation, Social forestry, Training, State trading and Human resources wings of Forest Department
Anand Mohan Sharma
Mr. Anand, a forestry and wild life veteran, retired as Chief Conservator of Forests, Jharkhand. He is experienced in preparing management plan of wetlands, working plans, extension forestry, territorial, state trading, forest development corporation and wild life
Dr. Seema Dhawan
Presently a Professor in Dept. of Education, HNB Garhwal Central University, Uttarakhand, Dr. Seema is M.Sc. (Zoo), Ph.D. (Forestry) and Ph.D. (Edu). Her prowess is in training module on environmental education developed by Center for Environmental Education and NCTE.
Major Sanjay Mehrotra
Major Sanjay Mehrotra, ex Indian Army Officer, has served in many active operations including IPKF (Srilanka). His expertise is in Strategy formulation, Cost optimization, Process improvement by operational research and educating stakeholder on fire fighting techniques.
